  • New Site for SK+G

    / Comments (1)

Just in time for the episode of The Pitch, SK+G launched a brand spanking new site. Their Flash heavy site has gone to make way to a slick new home. The work section is robust and displays their design chops well.

The only complaint, and it's a small one, is load time. It's been taking our team an average of :15-25 seconds to load. Which, in todays world is significant. But in the history of the internet, is irrelevant.

  • Interesting Stock Photography. Surprising, we know.

If you spend any time digging through stock photography, you understand the soul-sucking process it is to find anything worth value. Unless you're mashing 873 images together, cause then you make something magical. Although, the guy loses the love of his stock-life and all he needs is bingo to get back on top? That falls just a bit flat.

Regardless, this does a great job showing the breadth that Getty offers.

  • Chug Beer Faster... After The Extra Step Of Opening The Beer Twice

    / Comments (0)

In case you missed it, Miller Lite now offers enhanced beer technology (!!!) in the form of a punch-top can. Which, for those who can't remember their hazy high-school days, basically provides corporate-promoted shotgunning.

The initial launch ads were bland at best. These provide a bit more humor. Although it feels like a close rip of the Dollar Shave Club in tone from the announcer. But veers away, in less humorous ways.

    Happy Punching, er Chugging!

  • Sneak Peek at "Vegas" starring Dennis Quaid

Ralph Lamb was a badass. That is the main story here.
Dennis Quaid stars as Sheriff Ralph Lamb in the "loosely based on a true story" TV show "Vegas." Set in Las Vegas in the 1960's, the show will feature Dennis Quaid making determined scrunchy-faces as he battles the influx of mobsters including The Shield's Michael Chicklis.
