• Nike Unveils New-ish NFL Uniforms

    / Comments (0)

After a big hubbub about what Nike MAY do with the new uniforms, we finally get a peek at what will be gracing the sidelines of the cash-juggernaut that is the NFL.

AND, well, they basically look the same. New collars, slightly bigger logos on the helmet and a Nike swoosh will be about all most fans will notice. The logo-d gloves are a nice touch though.

Here's a video they launched with, and you can see all the jerseys up close and personal on their Facebook tab: http://apps.facebook.com/nikenfl/

  • Around the World Boondoggle

It's an old industry secret. Creatives pitching concepts strictly with the idea of the boondoggle that could be attached should it get selected. Most are tossed out merely as a joke to see what could fly.

Well, for some lucky bastards this flew. And flew around the world.

There are countless ways to show a razor not needing to be replaced for five weeks. But none with such a spectacular, ridiculously useless budget.

Cheers to you, creatives. Job well done.

While arguably not as artistic as Arcade Fire's interactive video for "The Suburbs" this is nevertheless impressive.

Yung Jake uses the full arsenal of the web and social media to craft this multi-browser window video for his song Embedded. Remove the interactive video and the song is pretty awful, but that's not the point. This video uses your browser as it's canvas...

Crank this up on Friday, lean back and watch this browser masterpiece.
