"Creative Class" Moving Downtown

According to an article in today's Las Vegas Sun, the "creative class" is moving downtown.

There could be a number of factors at work, from Zappos' relocation to redevelopment. It seems though that Vegas is just like a number of other cities that are experiencing Bright Flight, where the affluent are moving from the suburbs into the city. Still Downtown Vegas seems to lack in certain things that make living in the city so great like parks and grocery stores and local restaurants.
